All information provided on our order form, including name(s), address(s), credit card number(s), expiration date(s) will be used solely for billing purposes, and to complete customer’s orders. This information may also be used to contact our customer(s) in the event there is a problem/complication with their order(s).

Canadacycles may provide suppliers, product reviews, athletes, events and/or non-profit website and social media links on our website. As we do not own those websites or social media accounts, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites/social media accounts. Due to credit card fraud, Canadacycles can only ship to the credit card holder’s address on orders over $100.00.
Please allow 1 full business day for order processing (certain items like complete bicycles may require an additional day as they require extra time for packaging.)
Delivery times may vary. All online orders are processed between 9am-6pm (PST), Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders are delivered to our customer during their local regular business hours, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date or time, we can only provide an estimate. Things like holidays, storms, etc can delay shipments.
Bicycle deliveries may be handled by a third party in some rural areas. Please make sure all street address’s are clearly marked for the delivery driver to avoid any possible delays.
All returned products must be as new, and in unused condition, complete with all original packaging, including all tags and/or decals still attached. All returned products must be received by Canadacycles within 45 days of the original purchase delivery date, to qualify for a full refund. Refusal of the return, or restocking fees may apply on product returns that do NOT meet the above conditions.
Please contact Canadacycles via email, or by phone prior to returning any products. We MUST provide you with shipping information regarding your return in the event you may be reimbursed for shipping charges.
What is new, unused condition?
- Helmets & Apparel – Any products that have been used for riding purposes are considered used and cannot be accepted as a return. Make sure to test fit and try on all clothing, shoes and helmets indoors and in a clean environment.
- Parts and Accessories – Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a bicycle cannot be returned, unless deemed defective by Canadacycles.
- Bicycles – All bicycles must be tested on a dry, paved surface to be considered for a return. Any bicycles that display dirt, water damage, excessive wear, physical damage, and/or missing parts can not be returned. All returned bicycles must be received by Canadacycles within 30 days of the customer’s delivery date, to qualify for a full refund. Unless the bicycle is deemed ‘defective’, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost(s) to them, as well as any return shipping cost(s) to Canadacycles. Please contact Canadacycles via email, or by phone prior to returning a bicycle.
Exchanges – If you simply want to exchange a product for another size, color or model, you will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of those products being returned to Canadacycles. Once the returned product(s) is received, Canadcycles will ship you the new product(s) at no charge. Please note, only one exchange is allowed per product. Clearance items do not qualify for exchange.
Exceptions – All “Clearance” items are final sale and can NOT be returned.
Return Shipping – All shipping cost(s) for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is deemed defective, Canadacycles will refund all shipping cost(s) to the customer.
Refunds – All refunds issued by Canadacycles will be applied against the original payment method for the product(s). In some cases, the refund may be offered as a store credit. No exceptions.
All special orders (excluding complete bicycles) are considered non stocking items. Although we can’t guarantee an exact day the special order will ship to our customer, we can provide an approximate date through email, chat or by phone, prior to ordering.
